1.) Orders / shipping
Decoration (FINE ART PRINTS)
As soon as you decide on a picture and order, your product will be commissioned and produced, the specified delivery times apply. Before your product reaches you, it is subjected to a quality control so that you are guaranteed to receive only flawless and first-class products. Deliveries abroad are possible. The customer bears the delivery costs.
Products (physical and digital)
Ordered products will be dispatched on the same day after payment has been received.
As soon as you place an order on our website, you enter into a paid sales contract. A possible mistake in an order is Mandis Productions to be communicated immediately.
2.) Payments / prices
We reserve the right to make any changes to the page, prices and products. For orders we only accept payments in advance, Kerdit card or Pay Pal. Once your payment has been received, the order will be placed immediately. The payment details will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order. Orders that are not paid for within 10 working days will be canceled.
3.) License of image files
If you would like a license for the right to use this image file, please contact us via email (info@mandis.ch) with the information about the desired purpose such as (web & social media, print, paid advertising campaigns, TV) including the expected range.
4.) Goods returns / Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 10 days on. Transport damage must be signed with reservation and reported immediately with a photo of the damage to info@mandis.ch. Prints can only be returned if there is transport damage.
5.) Product guarantee
The 5-year warranty applies to all physical products with a proof of purchase. All defects caused by production defects are covered. Damage caused by incorrect handling, assembly and / or incorrect storage is not covered.
6.) General
Designs and artwork by Mandis Productions are the intellectual property of Mandis Productions . According to the Swiss Copyright Act, USG, infringements and unauthorized use will be prosecuted.
7.) Contractual conditions for film productions
The general terms and conditions specifically for film productions can be viewed or downloaded here. These contractual conditions are only relevant for film productions and will always be up to date.
8.) Disclaimer
Mandis Productions is not liable for any missing image rights when publishing image licenses acquired here. Mandis assumes responsibility for the content of external links and third-party content Productions no responsibility. Price increases, prior sale, errors and typing errors reserved.

9.) Right of withdrawal
Ordered wall decoration orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Orders for image licenses can still be canceled before delivery. Once you have received the files, this is no longer possible.
